Responsibilities

  • Proactively searching for new business whist reacting to inbound leads. Using one’s own initiative is the key to success within this company. Out bound activities will include cold calling, lead sourcing and emails.
  • High volume outbound calls based on quality! (60-80 calls a day)
  • Qualifying quality leads by ensuring there is a genuine business fit. Booking appointments based on relevance.
  • Working to a quota and achieving / overachieving targets.
  • Engaging within a fantastic sales training program.

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch alongside good English skills.
  • Top performing mentality with a genuine desire to earn big!

  • Educated to degree level.

The Account Executive will be responsible for growing and managing existing book of business within an assigned territory for small to mid-sized companies. Duties include up-selling accounts, and renewal of service agreements. This position will work within an assigned market segment to retain the customer base, increase customer satisfaction and exceed set sales goals.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the overall account relationship. Works with clients to negotiate contract renewals, cross sells and upsells.
  • Protect and defend annual revenue, customer base, and installed customer units within defined territory.
  • Utilizes detailed knowledge of products and thorough knowledge of clients' business to consult and provide solutions that will increase value and ROI for clients.
  • Ability to sell on value in a highly competitive market.
  • Consult with clients on best practices to increase value and ROI for clients.
  • Liaise with technical support, accounting and other areas of the business to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate, detailed records of all sales activity in CRM (SFDC).
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required/assigned.

 Qualifications

 

  • University education preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, SaaS technology preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and presence; comfortable selling at business owner level.
  • Goal oriented and target driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Conflict management, strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to execute comprehensive customer coverage strategies

This is a B2C telesales role, making outbound calls to members of the public, setting up appointments for the field sales team

You will be making 150 outbound calls a day and setting up appointments for the field sales team.

When you reach your target you will be bringing on average £1,300 a month in commission.

Working hours: 

1)       1st Shift-M-F- 09:30-12:30  (3hrs)

2)       2nd Shift-M-F-1:15-4:15   (3 hrs)

3)      3rd Shift  -M-F 5pm-8pm  (can be flexible with working only 3 evenings per week)

4)      4th Shift -Saturday 9.30am-1.30pm

5)      5th Shift- M-F 12.00-20.00 (8hrs)
