The Customer Service Agent / Travel Booking agent is responsible with handling all requests coming in either by Telephone, Email or chat. We are looking for Danish, Norwegian or Swedish speakers with fluent English.   

Duties as a Danish, Norwegian or Swedish Customer Service Agent / Travel Booking Agent

  • Receiving all telephone, email and chat requests
  • Using the computer system
  • Promoting products and services for the client
  • After-sales service, making reservations changes and processing special requests
