My client based near Canary Wharf is looking for a German Speaking customer service advisor/ German speaking customer support advisor to join their customer service team. The successful team member will be joining them immediatley.

            As a German Speaking customer service advisor, you will be responsible for:

·         Providing high levels of customer service at all times

.         Product enquires

.         Supporting Internal team members with queries

·         Dealing with all customer contact from, complaints, queries and advice enquiries

·         Logging all information on to the internal system

·         Processing all letters and emails

·          

 As a German speaking customer service/German Speaking support advisor you will have:

.          Previous knowledge of working with food would be adventageous

.          An Excellent telephone manner

·         A basic understanding of MS packages

·         Strong communication skills Minimum GCSE qualifications

·         Excellent attention to detail
