My client is a leading organisation within the Logistics industry who due to an expansion programme within the business are now currently recruiting a Business Development Manager for the South Region.

We are looking for someone who is results focused, can prove that they have the ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and clients, and is a team player.

The working hours are Monday-Friday with a Remuneration package which includes the following:

. Annual Base Salary of £22,000 per annum and uncapped bonus (OTE £30k+)

. Company Car

. Laptop and Mobile Phone

. 20 days holiday and Bank Holidays

. Pension

Responsibilities will include:

. Manage the existing accounts and clients.

. Meeting and exceeding company targets and KPI’s, targeting and acquiring new business.

. Maximise sales opportunities of existing accounts and clients.

. Visit current clients and develop new business, 3-4 days per week.

. Work closely with the Sales team identifying new opportunities and new business.

To succeed you will have:

. Experience in Field Sales, Account Management or Customer facing background.

. Experience in prioritising managing and developing your own workload

. Excellent communication and customer service skills

. Adaptable to change

. Can demonstrate a good understanding of how to successfully manage existing accounts and client.
