We currently have a number of exciting opportunities for individuals to join the company as Sales Executives/ Appointment Setters
Location: Reading, 10 minutes’ walk from Reading Train Station
Salary– £19,000-21,000 basic salary + commission (£9k in year 1) + incentives
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a small organisation that is going to rapidly grow in the next three years. At the moment we are operating around the Mediterranean with our existing locations being throughout Mallorca and Menorca in the Balearic Islands and also Tenerife. We have definitive expansion plans to take us into 3 different countries per year over the next three years.
As a Sales executive/ appointment setter you will be calling customers to qualify and identify opportunities with new and existing customers. You will mainly work from warm leads from existing campaigns but also work closely with the travel agents and property managers to create new opportunities. Many of these leads would have already expressed an interest by filling in a form requesting more information.
We are looking for candidates that either have experience in this field or are looking to start a new career in this area. The Sales Executive/ Appointment Setter role will include Sourcing New Business over the phone, arranging appointments for the Managing Director to attend. You will be working in an office and reporting directly to the MD. You will be a part of team of 3 and will have to be independent and proactive in your approach.
