A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an organisation that goes above and beyond for a number of well-respected charities throughout the UK, such as Great Ormond Street Hospital, Dogs Trust and Guide Dogs. This position with be integral in the raising of funds for this organisations, and will help move their cause forwards.
-Organising a booking team to ensure that venues are organised for charity fund raisers.
-Motivate the team to reach and exceed targets.
-Research new venues to target.
-Analyse results from venues to ensure the correct areas and timeslots are being used effectively.
-Co-ordinate regional strategies in line with national goals.
-Salary of £40,000+.
-Based on the outskirts of Reading.
You will be tasked with managing both an internal and external team which book and organise venues for charity fundraisers. This will mean you must be a strong motivator, leading the team and ensuring that KPI’s and targets are met and exceeded on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Currently the team organises an average of 200 venues per week, ranging from day long fund raisers to week look occupancies. You will be monitoring these venues, analysing the successes and difficulties that can arise with each and ensuring that bookings are made smartly to ensure the maximum amount of funds are raised with the respective charities.
This role pays around £40,000+ for this role, and would suit someone who has manages field sales or similar team. This role is basked just outside Reading, and is accessible from a number of locations such as Bracknell, Reading, Ascot, Henley, High Wycombe, Oxford, Slough, Windsor, Crowthorne and the surrounding areas.
