Our Client based in East London on the DLR Line, is a very busy established and respected Contact Centre delivering B2C Telesales Campaigns / Customer Service campaigns. Due to their on-going Campaigns and continued growth we are looking for outgong personalities,on a long term basis. We are looking for confident people that have worked in a Contact Centre and are looking for full time Customer Service work.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be
- Taking inbound calls
- Building rapport quickly
- Handling enquiries
- Offering customers products and services
- Updating client accounts
- Administrative functions
Preferred Skills for the Customer Service Advisor
- Understand KPI’s and Targets
- Sales experience/Customer Service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to build rapport quickly
- PC Literate
Salary, Hours and Benefits Customer Service Advisor
- £8.50/ £9.50 per hour
- Monday-Sun, Midweek between 8am and 9pm - Weekends between 9am and 5.30pm
