Responsibilities

  • Proactively searching for new business whist reacting to inbound leads. Using one’s own initiative is the key to success within this company. Out bound activities will include cold calling, lead sourcing and emails.
  • High volume outbound calls based on quality! (60-80 calls a day)
  • Qualifying quality leads by ensuring there is a genuine business fit. Booking appointments based on relevance.
  • Working to a quota and achieving / overachieving targets.
  • Engaging within a fantastic sales training program.

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch alongside good English skills.

A successful applicant can expect to have a basic salary of £25,000, with around £10,000 a realistic OTE to be achieved on top.

As a Business Development Executive you will be proactively researching and calling businesses throughout the UK in an attempt to arrange appointments for senior sales people in the business.
