We are currently recruiting for German and Dutch Customer Service Advisors - Call Centre Agents 37.5 hours a week, shifts from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm, flexibility required) - East London, Isle of Dogs £8.00- £9.50 per hour

Working hours  08:00 to 16:00 or 12:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday; 08:00 to 16:00 Saturday and Sunday.

Ongoing Temporary to Permanent Role:

This is a temporary to permanent position starting immediately in East London. As a German and Dutch Customer Service Advisors - Call Centre Agent you will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and be fluent in German or Dutch.
This role is predominantly phone based, so you will need to be an excellent communicator. This is a complex and varied role, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their customer service skills further.


German/ Dutch Customer Service Advisor  - Call centre agent - day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers with general enquiries
  • Making outbound calls to follow on emails and website enquiries 
  • Providing a world class customer service over the telephone in German or Dutch
  • Establishing the customers needs by asking effective questions
  • Logging all information accurately on the in-house system

Your rolewill have various levels and competencies. First of you will be supporting the project management and co-ordination team with their workload. You will also be completing variousbits of administration in relation to orders fulfilment, credit control,scheduling, collating information in relation to the project, providing and obtaining quotations (both internally and externally) and approving purchase orders.

There willalso be an element of customer service in the role as well, and you will responsible of answering and diverting calls for members of the team if theya re away from their desk. In addition, you will be supporting customers with their questions via email and on the phone.

As a person, you need to be enthusiastic and keen to learn, with the drive and determination to complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner. In addition,(and arguably most importantly) you will need to be able to have a laugh, and join in with the banter within the office. The cultural dynamic within theoffice is a key to their success, so you will need to be the extra piece in an almost complete jigsaw puzzle.
