Business Development Manager x2 £25,000 - £30,000 plus Commission and benefits

Based from their UK head office in Slough, Berkshire.

I am working with a global business that operate in over 109 countries worldwide who have experienced year on year growth and remain No.1 in the game. They are a leader in technology and solution innovations for various clients across all sectors when enhancing the customer, guest and patient experience.

They are looking for a number of experienced Business Development Managers to join their division. Working closely alongside the Service Team you will directly contribute to their explosive growth by calling on small-to-medium businesses and selling their award-winning products and service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities via the phone, web and onsite visits
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate pipe line
  • Strategically attack the pipe line to close new business
  • Generating new business and managing a portfolio of existing clients
  • Exceed monthly sales targets and KPI’s
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Drive to individually compete while remaining a fantastic team player
  • Continually updates knowledge of products and applications

Desirable experience:

  • Proven B2B, full-cycle sales experience
  • Previous CRM experience, Salesforce.com preferred
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques
  • Works well in a team environment
