THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

Requirements:

• German AND French, German, French speakers (3 roles) with a fluency in English.

• At least 6 months experience in retail sales (Jewellery sales is ideal) 

• Experience working over the phone / email with Customers in France and Germany.

• Fantastic verbal and written skills with the ability to create a trusting reliable relationship.

• A good user and knowledge of computer programme e.g. (Word, Excel) 

• Educated to degree level is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• To Handle customer enquiries via telephone or email for UK, German AND French customers.

• Contact the potential customer via email or telephone to work towards daily sales target.

• Collect payments with follow ups for pending payment

• Appointment setting for customer to view products

• Manage the order process and customer service until completion

• Customer feedback collection
