The ISR will be working with the Nordic in country Sales team to support all activities within our clients and prospect accounts acting as the customer advocate whilst proactively helping to drive and close renewal, up-sell and X-sell opportunities.

The Nordic ISR will also own the pre-qualification process, you will qualifying leads from marketing activities and events for the Account Managers.

You must be fluent in Swedish!

Essential Functions

  • Monthly calls with all assigned clients (in conjunction with account managers) and act as customer advocate to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • You will own the renewal process for assigned customers (Appx. 25/30 accounts) and be responsible for forecasting business.
  • Interface with sales team members, customers, prospects, and resellers on a daily basis to identify, progress and close new, renewal, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through ethical sales methods, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Identifiy new business opportunities within existing accounts through regular contact.
  • Support field sales activities.
  • You will facilitate the sales process by providing and coordinating pre-qualification of leads including needs analysis, product overview, and solution fit.
  • Keeps detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities in Salesforce and schedule follow up activities as required.
  • Develope relationships within our existing account base and map out multiple contacts across the client tree.
  • Develope relationships with key partners, distributors, resellers, and VARs for growth of our products across the region.
  • Manage your pipeline opportunities on SFDC.
  • Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and prospects to achieve sales targets.
  • Organizes and execute projects such as call-out campaigns, data updates, and creating presentations.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Related experience in a high tech company in Inside Sales/Telesales/Business Development.
  • Knowledge of software or IT product sales.
  • Fluent in Swedish
  • Degree level education preferable.
