Our client, an international Travel organisation, is looking to expand their international booking team in the New Year. They are looking for Multilingual speakers (Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish) to join them in a 12-month fixed term contract. 

The Customer Service Agent / Travel Booking agent is responsible with handling all requests coming in either by Telephone, Email or chat. We are looking for Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish speakers with fluent English.   

Duties as a Multilingual Customer Service Agent / Travel Booking Agent

  • Receiving all telephone, email and chat requests
  • Using the computer system
  • Promoting products and services for the client
  • After-sales service, making reservations changes and processing special requests
  • Give the customer all the information needed and requested
  • Online assistence and other web queries.
  • Receiving and processing customer feedback

Role Requirements Multilingual Customer Service Agent / Travel Booking Agent

  • Previous Customer Service experience (face to face, via web or over the phone)
  • Potential previous Sales experience
