German speaking Customer Service Advisor 

Contract, 9th January- 30th March 2018, can be extended

Location: Wembley

Pay rate £10.46 per hour PAYE or £12.00 per hour working via umbrella company

Working hours: Full time only, Monday to Friday 0900-1700

We are looking to recruit candidates that are fluent in both spoken and written German and English

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking to recruit customer focused, target driven professionals who are looking for an opportunity to join a great team as a German speaking Customer Service Agent to work at our call centre which is based ten minutes walk from Wembley Central or Wembley Park train station.

Your responsibilities will include:

. Communicate with confidence, tact, and empathy and will be able to manage objections and negotiate with customers

. Interact with customers in an individual and personalised manner

. Handle emails and other communication channels in line with required standards

. Delivering excellent customer service at all times, ensuring that the customer has a great experience from beginning to end

 

To succeed in this Customer Service role you will have:

. Fluency (written and verbal) in German and English

· Superb IT skills (Word and Excel)

. Good attentional to detail

Salary, Hours and Benefits

- £10.46 per hr (PAYE) or £12.00 phr (Umbrella)-Weekly pay

-Temporary Contract- opportunity to extend

- 37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday Shifts from 09:00-17:00

 

The job is easily commutable from all areas of London and Greater London, with very good tube links to Wembley Central or Wembley Park from Central London, East London, North London, South London and West London.
