You will be working directly with a sales team to provide them with information on prospective customers and generate interest in the product portfolio.

Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities of Telemarketing, Prospecting, Data Generation Agent

-Making high volume of outbound calls to verify data ( names of decision makers and their contact information)

- Researching contacts online (search engine and social media)

-Gather relevant local business information

-Achieve set targets - 8 contacts per hours, 100-150 calls a day


As Telemarketing, Prospecting, Data Generation Agent you will have following skills and experience:

- 1-2 years Previous outbound calling experience in B2B IT lead generation, telemarketing, market research, data profiling

- Excellent telephone manner

- Confidence, professionalism, speed and research skills and being target driven and resilience are key.

- The ideal candidate will have the enthusiasm, drive and professionalism to get through to and engage with senior decision makers, probe effectively and have the ability to generate leads with qualified clients.

Responsibilities of the German Inside Sales Account Executive

  • Connecting with prospects, respond to inbound calls, emails and merchant inquiries in German
  • Follow up on leads via phone/email campaigns
  • Working closely with the sales team in Germany to accelerate sales cycle and to extend reach into target accounts
  • Develop rapport quickly with clients, internal departments, and external sales contacts to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to frame the conversation strategically and overcome objections (Negotiating and persuading, ability to listen and explain ideas).
