Leading Pan - European IT Outsourcing Company currently requires hands on IT Telesales Managers / Campaign Managers to manage and guide telemarketing agents on various exciting campaigns for top IT vendors.

Duties

-       Developing a team of Coaches and Inside Sales Representatives to achieve targets and setting a high standard for performance

-       Monthly coaching of the Inside Sales Representatives

-       Providing support to allocated teams when necessary and structuring plans for improvement and monitoring this

-       Ensuring quality of leads are up to standard

-       Identify and gaps and barriers in performance and identifying means to resolve this

-       Achieve of exceed targets of performance for set campaigns

-       Familiarising yourself with products

Essential Experience

-       Highly organised and able to self-manage workload and timescales

-       Demonstrating strong client delivery experience – working to complex budgets and

-       timescales

-       Experience within Inside Sales and management – strong track record of achieving and exceeding target

-       Monitoring performance of team and implementing strategies for improvement

Responsibilities:

  • To organise, manage and ensure the smooth running of events predominantly through warm calling.
  • Proactively search for new business opportunities with key accounts through outbound calls, emails and other innovative methods
  • To train and quickly learn my clients role in the IT security space.
  • To teach prospective clients about the features and benefits my client offer with a specialist understanding.
  • To discover and probe into a company’s business plans, issues and internal structures so that a fitting solution can be provided.
  • To proactively push sales traffic to different events including seminars, tradeshows and webinars.
  • To track and record opportunities / pipeline in Salesforce.

 

Position Requirements:

  • 6 months + in an inside sales environment – Graduate caliber candidates with a real hunger and desire to succeed within IT sales will be considered.
  • Outbound calling experience is preferred.
  • An understanding of technology and eagerness to learn is essential.
  • Understanding of CRM software (preferably Salesforce)

Overview:

Commercially astute Business Development Manager required to implement and review team’s sales and marketing strategies in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability.
