    Our Client one of the biggest Names in The Airline Industry, based in Wembley London, is looking for inbound German Speaking  Customer Service Advisors to join the busy Customer Care Team. Due to continued growth we are looking for out-gong personalities to work in the German  Customer Service Care Team. We are looking for confident people that have excellent Customer Service skills, written and spoken German. We are interested in all potential candidates that have a hard work ethic and looking to forge a career as a German Speaking Customer Service Agent, within the Customer Care Team. The role of a German Speaking Customer Service Agent is dealing in writting to all complaints and queries: 

    As an Internal German Speaking Customer Service Executive you will be: 

    Dealing with complaints and querries, written correspondence only- no phone work- expected to close 8-10 cases daily:





Preferred Skills: 

• Fluent Written and German
• Good written and Verbal English Language skills
• Sales and Customer Service background
• Good attention to detail
• Worked in Customer Service / Travel / Contact Centre or similar background 

Personal Attributes: 

• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Target driven / Interest in the Travel Industry
• Multi-Lingual written and Spoken German
• Able to communicate via email/ letter
• PC Literate 

Salary, Hours and Benefits: 

• £10.46ph (pro-rota £20,400pa)
• Monday-Fri Operational Hours 09:00-17:00  
• 37.5 hours per week –  weekly pay- first week in arears

The start date is 9th Jan 2018- min 3 month booking- but highly likely will extend!!!-Rolling Contract.
