3 - 4 month contract position

This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a local company in High Wycombe based just a few minutes walk from the station. My client is looking to take on a French Speaking Customer service team member on a contract basis. You will be joining a team of fun and professional indivduals whom already have your desk ready and are waiting to meet you!

This role will require you to:

  • Provide quality customer service to clients as required 
  • To meet client expectations and needs and as communicated by the company.
  • Provide communication through inbound and outbound customer service calls to customers
  • Resolve client problems related to services the product via: phone, chat, email, and web forums..
  • Educate clients on stock arrival times and when installs will take place using the highest level of customer service
  • Translate for other members of staff

The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to speak with clients and customers and resolve any issues

Will be able to commute to High Wycombe

Computer Skills

  • Word and excel.
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Familiar with internet browsers and settings.
  • Familiar with online chat tools and email.


  • £9.00 - £9.50 per hour
  • Onsite parking
  • 25 – 35 hours per week

  • 2 minute walk from the train station
