Following a successful business merger, a rapidly expanding enterprise software provider in the heart of Bracknell is seeking a number of GERMAN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVES to join their team. Paying around £30,000 to £35,000 on a basic salary, with a £10,000- £15,000 OTE as well, these roles will not be around for long.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be to provide high level qualified leads and data into the external sales teams to help populate and grow the existing pipeline. The data you call through will be mostly of an inbound nature, however top performers have hunted and secured their own leads through various channels.

You will:

  • Have experience and knowledge of the telecoms industry
  • Be provisioning all products
  • First point of call for customers via the phone and email
  • Providing high levels of customer service/customer support
  • Ensuring that an up to date log of customer activity is kept
  • Working closely with the sales and account management team
  • General admin duties

Requirements for application:

  • Previous experience and knowledge of the telecoms industry
  • Previous knowledge and experience with supplier systems – WLR, HOSTED, SIP, DATA, MOBILE and inbound solutions and knowledge of Microsoft office, desk and salesforce

Package:
